She is married to Steve and they have three sons Steve, Michael and Jeff. Jill Acker graduated, with honors, from college in Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and taught college prep Biology and Honors Biology II at an area high school. In the summer of 2000, she married her college boyfriend, Dean, and relocated from the Dayton – Cincinnati area of Ohio to Kosciusko County , Indiana . She then spent a number of years working in the field of adult education. A few years later, Jill and Dean grew their family with the addition of their first child. They are now well rooted in the local community and have two little ones. Because she and her husband both paid their own way through college, she knows the value of hard work and understands the desire to get “the most for the money.” She also has first hand knowledge of the stress, excitement, and many other emotions one experiences when making life-changing transitions, such as moving from a large urban / suburban community to the smaller community of Kosciusko County, the ever-changing needs of a growing family, purchasing the first home, downsizing, etc. She chose the Integrity Real Estate Group because of their honesty, fairness, and strong work ethic. Britt Sigler is a lifetime resident of the lakes area and a Wawasee alumni. She began working at the Oakwood Conference Center during high school and became a service manager. She states “Oakwood taught me everything about customer service and how to get the job done for the clients specific needs. Clint Olson moved to Webster in 1968. He says he was among the original “herd” of confused and bewildered students searching for classrooms on the first day Wawasee High School opened its doors. Graduating with the Wawasee Class of 1971, he married the “love of his life”, Linda in 1977. They are the proud parents of 6 wonderful kids, Mandy, Christa, Jonathon, Jamie, Lindsay, and Ryan. Clint has been involved in building, remodeling, or restoring homes for nearly 30 years. They started Olson’s Flooring & Furnishing in 1989 and currently own and operate Olson’s Casual Furnishings next to Ace Hardware in North Webster . |

Greg Leksich was
born and raised in Chicago.
Greg came to the lakes area in 1991 with his family to live a simpler
and more peaceful life. “We fell in love with Lake Wawasee and have
many wonderful memories of raising our family here.” Greg has been in sales all his life in one form or another. For the past 25 years he has been a district sales manager for Fairmont Homes of Nappanee. In addition to selling homes, Greg and his wife Pat have been in the restaurant business for about 15 years. Bringing the taste of Chicago to northern Indiana the couple opened their first restaurant in Nappanee and called it “Time Out.” In 1993 they opened their second restaurant “Pat’s Chicago Style Eatery”. |

Pat Leksich has lived in Syracuse since 1991 when she and her husband Greg built their dream home in Kanata Manayunk subdivision on the northeast end of Lake Wawasee. Pat Leksich is best known in the lakes area as the founder of “Pats Chicago Style Eatery”, a popular spot in Syracuse for great food. Mary Cotner is originally from Lake County , Indiana . Mary and her husband Chris moved to Warsaw thirty years ago. They have four adult children, Carey, Lisa, Danielle and Ryan. Scott Piepenbrink received his real estate license in 1989 working for Artisan’s Builders in Ft. Wayne . Since that time Scott has started a real-estate appraisal business (21 st Century Appraisals) as well as a custom home building company (S & J Homes) specializing in lake homes. Greg Miller - A native of Marion, In. and former resident of Bremen, Greg and his wife Sharon moved to the south side of Lake Wawasee in 1994 and instantly the lakes area was home. Beth Ivanov is a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County lakes area, having grown up in North Webster by the lake! For the past decade she has been enjoying and growing Ivanov Designs, interior design focusing on faux painting. She has experienced a great deal of success in her business, having her clientele very widespread including Warsaw , Lake Wawasee , South Carolina and Florida . Jo Ann Beer along with her husband Dave and son Aaron recently moved back to the Milford area to join the family farm after spending a number of years in Alaska.
